Because Pyramid-7 provides premium dietary grade formulations, item returns are carefully governed by safety, sanitary, and clinical verification protocols. This policy ensures your transactions remain protected and verified.
1. Returns Eligibility Window
We maintain a strict 7-day return policy framework. You have exactly 7 calendar days from the afternoon your package is delivered by the courier to submit an exchange or return verification ticket.
2. Condition Specifications
To qualify for a processing cycle, your item must arrive at our logistics warehouse in its original condition. This parameters mandate that:
- The protective outer box must be structurally undamaged and fully intact.
- The item must remain completely unused and in its unboxed condition.
- Any complimentary materials, original receipts, or promotional inclusions must accompany the return package.
Strict Product Seal Integrity Rule
Due to health regulations and raw material preservation standards, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any supplement bottle where the outer protective plastic shrink-wrap or internal safety cap seals have been opened, broken, or tampered with. No exceptions apply.
3. Damaged or Broken Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or leaking due to courier mishandling, we will issue a free replacement. To process an immediate replacement container:
- Take a clear smartphone photo or unboxing video showing the damaged bottle seal.
- Forward the visual proof to our dedicated support desk at info@pyramid-7.com or our active WhatsApp channel within 24 hours of package arrival.
4. The Cash on Delivery (COD) Refund Process
Because Cash on Delivery payments are manually collected by local couriers, refunds cannot be automatically processed back to a payment card. Once your return bottle is physically audited and approved by our quality control lab, your funds will be sent digitally via:
- Bank Transfer: Directly to any legitimate IBAN profile across Pakistan.
- Digital Wallets: Secure digital transfers directly via JazzCash or EasyPaisa based on your preference.
Please Note: Standard processing windows take 3 to 5 open banking business days to complete after warehouse check-in is complete.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
If you are returning an item due to a personal change of mind, the logistics fees required to ship the box back to our warehouse desk are entirely your responsibility. If the exchange is required due to our internal shipping mistake or a broken bottle, Pyramid-7 covers all return transportation fees.
